Founder Gina Kazimir is an accomplished nonprofit executive with over three decades in the field. She retired from her most recent Executive Director position where she rescued an organization on the brink of being delisted (a previous E.D. was sentenced to jail for embezzlement in Gina's first month on the job) to becoming a respected leader in its field. She managed through the pandemic and grew her organization's reserves from less than $5,000 to over $250,000 in under ten years. Now she brings her experience as a nonprofit manager, board member and strategic communications professional to help small and mid-size organizations and executives hone their strengths, refine their vision and strategy, sharpen their message and achieve their mission.
